Market & Investment Potential

Albania is actively expanding its renewable energy capacity in line with EU decarbonization targets, aiming to diversify its electricity mix and strengthen energy independence.

In 2023, the country imported over 35% of its electricity, highlighting a strong structural demand for domestic renewable energy generation.

The project benefits from a de-risked development profile, with secured grid connection and a full permitting package, ensuring a clear and executable path toward construction.

Once operational, the wind farm will enhance grid stability, energy security, and long-term sustainability, contributing to Albania’s growing energy needs and regional energy resilience.

Capital Structure: Senior debt financing has been successfully secured and ratified via banking institutions.

Note: The Seller is actively seeking a strategic equity partner for 20–30% participation in the project.
