The former was established in July 2002 and the latter in November 2005. Due to their identical profile, both entities work closely together and are often treated as one on the market. Hence, the idea was born to join forces in one joint venture as a general partnership. The main focus of the partners’ activities to date has been the construction of yachts under licence for foreign shipowners, particularly sailing yachts, and the provision of repair and modernisation services. Initially, both companies specialised in the production of hulls for yachts, but as they grew, the range of products was expanded. At present, 90% of the boats produced are complete (the remaining 10% are masts, sails and navigation equipment, which are completed by the client. Orders for exclusive sailing and sailing-motor yachts up to 30 metres in length – based on supplied designs and specifications – are accepted for completion in Poland.
Cooperation
The company cooperates with renowned shipyards, including Vismara, Eyed, Mylius, Nautilus, Comar, Grand Soleil, Auro, Nautor Swan. In addition, in 2007, cooperation was established, one of the largest boat manufacturers in South Africa. Employees regularly travel to foreign shipyards on the basis of contracts concluded with customers. There they familiarise themselves with technological innovations, gain experience and, on their return, pass on the knowledge they have gained to their co-workers.
Products
The company has spent many years building its expertise in yacht manufacturing on behalf of the largest and most prestigious Italian and German shipyards, and has thus earned a worldwide reputation. The construction of yachts is based on carbon fibre composites, and in the technology of its use the company has achieved a very high level of specialisation, which has strengthened its position on the market.
The largest number of the company customers are located in Italy, Germany, England, North America and Japan.
